A beautiful death-doom descent with the crushing weight of a gothic cathedral. The extra emphasis placed on atmosphere and the soaring lead work from Philippe Tougas take this album to fantastical heights. Each song could be an album finale with how excellent each track is. The only reason this doesn't overshadow their previous work is because of the shorter duration of this album, and yet it's clear that Worm is evolving into something spectacular.
